WHERE DO COCKTAIL PORTER DELIVER TO?
We deliver to most of Mainland UK via our delivery services, listed below, excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and The Hebrides. If you live in these locations please contact us for delivery services and costs.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
For orders over £100 we offer free delivery
For orders under £100 delivery is £4.50 per order and usually arrives within 1-5 working days* via our courier partner Fedex. Upon dispatch you will receive an email with tracking number for you to track your order, normally 1-2 working days.
We appreciate your patience while this coronavirus crisis causes logistical challenges for us all!
If you require your Cocktail Kit for the weekend; we advise ordering by no later than Tuesday at 11am.
If you have a specific request or location outside of the UK you would like to ship to, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Click & Collect: Please select option upon checkout. Your order will be ready for collection within 24 hours, between 10am - 6pm (Monday to Friday), 10am – 1pm (Saturday) Note you must provide ID and the order reference number upon collection.

Please note a non-contact delivery service, so will leave the parcel, ring your bell and take a photo of the delivery. If you are not home at time of delivery, if possible this will be left with a neighbour & card detailing location posted into letterbox.

We are so sorry to hear this, if your Cocktail Porter Kit is damaged, the contents isn’t the selection you had expected or you believe something is missing please get in touch and share photos with our lovely Cocktail Porter Team at; email@example.com
I DIDN’T GET MY COCKTAIL KIT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Oh No! You should have received parcel tracking information in an email once your order has been shipped. The best thing is to track your parcel via your email link or to get in contact with the courier company directly. Remember that if they tried to deliver and no one was home they may have left a card & emailed you information so have a look for that too!
